I recently earned a Ph.D. degree from the University of Arizona in the field of Cancer Biology. A few years ago, I realized the importance of personal and leadership development and growth.

Why did I start Success-Starts-Today.com?

I started Success-Starts-Today.com for two main reasons:

1. I hope to inspire someone to start the path to his/her own success.
In order to truly succeed and live up to our potential, we must make a conscious effort to grow and develop our personal and leadership skills on a daily basis. People can become brilliant scientists, engineers, lawyers, etc… but without a journey toward personal growth and development, they will never truly accomplish their maximum potential.

2. To help me as I continue in my personal growth
I do not claim to be a guru or an expert. Most of the ideas and principles presented in this website are adopted from and inspired by various sources that I use to learn and grow. This website helps me synthesize the information and ideas I learn from these sources, which ultimately helps me in my continuous journey to success.
